My personal experience when dealing with Joseph Noor is that he prioritizes the families needs and meets what they need. I liked how he was always on top of things but was not too pushy when closing a deal. He was always willing to show us homes and was always straightforward to say if anything needed some work. Apart from the other Real estate’s he was the best. He never gave up on finding us our dream home. He had the people of the home in mind too. Joseph Noor ... Where to start? I was a First Time Home Buyer. And after reading his reviews I knew he was the right choice immediately. He had a review from a buyer who bought a 2-family house and how he helped them put a tenant in the 2nd unit. That is what sold me, and that is EXACTLY what Joe did for me! Working with Joe you get someone who knows the market and knows how things work. I was not able to meet him one time to view a property. He tells me "no worries I will FaceTime you and tell me what you think". That was just one of many GENUINE things he did for me. What I appreciate most about Joe is he is determined to make buyers dreams come true and make sure they are beyond satisfied. He was there when I needed him and was able to answer all my questions as a first time buyer. At the closing, the seller was close to what some may consider a bit unfair and trying to get over.
